Our clients purchased a older property in need of complete renovation in the fashionable Duchy Estate Area of Harrogate. The plot had a large garden to the front of the house and is adjacent to the protected wood and parkland of The Pinewood. We had to design a specialist twisted pile foundation for the front extension to protect the tree root structure of the parkland.
