THE PROCESS

INITIAL CONSULTATION

This is an opportunity to discuss ideas, give constructive feedback and get you excited about your project - whilst all the time building up your confidence. This service is completely free of charge.

DESIGN

We will provide you with a full set of 3D colour drawings based on our meetings and subsequent discussions. These can be amended until you are completely happy - we will then submit to planning if required.

ENGINEERING

We will produce technical drawings for building regs approval, including party wall if required. We also offer a full technical specification breakdown - enabling you to obtain fixed price quotes from contractors.

04

CONTRACTS

We will draw up a contract for your project and put out to tender - helping you choose the right contractor at the right price. We also offer project management, where we will oversee the running and progress of your project.
